What makes Saba a great physiotherapist?

Saba’s strength as a physio is her empathy and genuine care for her patients’ health and happiness. She believes it’s important to go the extra mile for her patients and everyone she cares about.

Saba feels it is very important to be a good listener, and while she is a very hands-on physio, she also loves empowering her patients to reach their goals.

Saba is bilingual (Farsi/Persian/Iranian and English), plus a little bit of French. She has great work ethics, is honest, and believes everyone has the power to better their lives, but sometimes need a bit of help/support.

What does Saba enjoy doing outside of work?

Pilates, Latin and middle eastern dancing, yoga, martial arts, hikes, spending time with her gorgeous niece and nephew, and eating delicious food.

Favourite quote:

“If it’s going to be it’s up to me”

“Do what has to be done, when it has to be done, to the best of your ability, every time”

Both quotes from her Karate Sensei.
