WHICH PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANIES DO YOU ACCEPT?

BodyViva is part of the participating HICAPS health fund providers, meaning we accept all major private health insurance companies. Not sure whether your health fund falls under this? Find out here.

HOW DO I GET MY PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE REBATE?

Simply bring your private health card with you to your appointment and we’ll do the rest! Alternatively, you can claim online through your health fund with your receipt from your appointment.

DO YOU DO SAME DAY BOOKINGS?

Yes, generally you can get in for an appointment on the very same day.

WHAT KIND OF PAIN OR INJURY DO YOU TREAT?

We treat all kinds of neuromusculoskeletal pain and injuries. Not sure what that means? Not sure if we can help you? Feel free to call us and ask, or book in for an appointment – if after being assessed it is determined that we cannot help you, you won’t be charged.

HOW DO I KNOW WHETHER I SHOULD BOOK IN WITH A PHYSIO, CHIRO, MASSAGE THERAPIST OR PODIATRIST?

All our therapists are trained in assessing and identifying if another treatment modality will suit you better. Most people have their own personal preferences regarding what kind of therapist they see, but if you are unsure please feel free to call us to help find the therapist most suited to you.

DO I NEED A REFERRAL?

No. You can see any of our therapists without a referral from a doctor.

DO YOU HAVE ROOMS OR CURTAINED AREAS?

All our treatment sessions are carried out in private, quiet and comfortable treatment rooms with floor to ceiling walls.

DO YOU HAVE CAR PARKING?

Yes. Feel free to park anywhere in our car park directly outside the front our clinic.
