What makes Will a great MASSAGE THERAPIST?
After being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis ten years ago, which halted all movement from the hips down, massage and physio treatments, combined with Will’s self-belief that he could take control and get on top of his injury, helped him to get back on track and allowed him to continue his passion for endurance racing and health & fitness in general.
Through Will’s own personal experience, he knows how important Remedial Massage Therapy (and other forms of hands-on therapy) is to injury prevention and rehabilitation. He is also a strong believer in the benefits of massage therapy not only on athletic performance, but also on the well-being of the mind, body and soul.
What does Will enjoy doing outside of work?
IRONMAN 70.3 – IRONMAN
Triathalons, Duathalons, Swim Run, Running, Cycling, Swimming
Hiking, wilderness explorer
Passion for endurance and strength training
Will believes in training inside and outside of the gym and experiencing new things, and continually expanding his knowledge in all things health related. But he does let himself indulge in his favourite coffee – Dirty Chai Latte on Bonsoy with a shot of Maple syrup and a dusting of cinnamon sugar on top, and all vegan desserts.
