WHAT MAKES PAULA A GREAT KINESIOLOGIST?
“I have a passion for helping people and am motivated in facilitating clients to achieve the outcomes they seek. I listen carefully, take notes and ask questions to ensure we are working together for the best possible result.
A lifelong student myself, I have a thirst for knowledge, joy in learning and deep compassion for the struggle that we humans go through, often at our own hands. I believe that every person is doing the best they can, with the knowledge they have.”
WHAT DOES PAULA ENJOY DOING OUTSIDE OF WORK?
Paula enjoys down time with her family – relaxing at home, spending time in the garden, trying out new recipes and getting out into nature – hiking in the mountains is her happy place. She practices Qi Gong, yoga and pilates and always has a couple of books on the go.
